General Terms

Processing time: 7 days (extendable to 15-20 working days, depending on the complexity of the interventions and the availability of specific spare parts).

Payment: bank transfer (instant) >> upon communication at pickup.

Shipping: arranged by the customer (delivery and pickup).

Transportation costs: borne by the customer (delivery and pickup).

Acceptance of shipped materials for intervention is carried out from Monday to Friday.

Any material sent for repair must be accompanied by a technical report detailing the type of malfunction.

Packages arriving at our premises that are tampered with, damaged, or have issues due to poor packaging will be promptly returned to the sender.

Any damages, theft, loss, or issues due to shipping will be the responsibility of the client, who may seek recourse only against the carrier.

It is advisable to use original packaging; if not possible, reinforced packaging should be used. Wrap the parts with bubble wrap or air-filled bags and Styrofoam chips, and indicate "Fragile" on the outside of the packaging.

A 6-month warranty is provided for each repair intervention.
